Our Firm
Chapman, Popik & White is a top-rated small firm with a growing reputation. We founded CPW in 1993 after practicing together for fifteen years -- first at a “top ten” firm, then as partners at a mid-sized litigation firm we started with eight others in 1981. When we left, it was because we wanted to handle trials and appeals in our own way. We also wanted to:
- Stay small enough so that each case matters;
- Work with lawyers who won't do or accept the ordinary;
- Keep things simple in presenting facts to a jury or law to a judge;
- Develop a few specialties in areas where experience counts;
- Always find the truth. Then treat it like a friend.
