  • Represented creator of software to enhance oil exploration in claims against Petro China arising out of the theft of proprietary source code, including claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
  • Protected professional artist who challenged the unauthorized use of images and concepts in connection with online sales.
  • Represented holder of patents in defense of claim that the patents had been developed while the patent holder was employed by plaintiff.
  • Represented defendant state firefighters’ association in trademark infringement action alleging that a link on defendant's website directed persons to a third party vendor who sold emblems that plaintiff alleged infringed its trademark.
