Represented private owners in a mandamus action regarding application of local ordinances specifying building height limits to preserve neighbor views.
Prosecuted breach of contract claims on behalf of an unsuccessful home buyer arising out of the seller's mishandling of the initial and back up offers.
Extensive experience in landslide and flood litigation, including insurance coverage issues that arise from those events.
