Product Liability
CPW attorneys have represented many companies in a wide variety of cases alleging liability arising from the use of their products. Manufacturers and distributors have called on us to defend claims of property damage, bodily injury, disability, and consequential business and other financial loss. Many of these cases have developed out of our work in other practice areas, particularly our real estate and construction practice. The firm has also handled a number of products liability insurance coverage disputes for both insured businesses and insurers.
