Defended a public university in a lawsuit involving multi-million dollar delay and disruption claims brought by the general contractor and several subcontractors.
Represented a construction manager in a complex action brought by a homeowners association against multiple parties alleging construction defects.
Represented a major pipe manufacturer and its distributor regarding alleged pipe failures and delay and disruption claims involving a large public construction project in Northern California.
Defended a pump manufacturer in litigation arising out of the renovation of a public sanitation system in Marin County.
